The 2010 racing season has had a perfect start for AXO. Thanks to the Argentinean brothers, Marcos and Alejandro Patronelli, who conquered the win and the runner up spot, respectively, in the 2010 edition of the Quad-Dakar Rally. The Dakar Rally is one of the most prestigious and hardest rally-raids of the world.

Hi everybody,

I am at my rest day and I want you to send you a little bit of a resume of the race. I started the race in vary good position. I was riding hard and very fast. I was place withing 20 minutes from the leader but I crashed hard on the second day. I was going at more than 100 km per hour. I was very very lucky, the  bike was not to hurt and I was OK also. I finished the race with no rear brake and no throttle, i had to pull the cable. After that I decided to slow down and ride on my own pace. I had a bad day in the white dunes where the rest of the canadians stayed there. I had no problem at all in the dunes but I had a vapor lock problem, so I had to stop every 5 km and wait 10 min. so it took me 4 hours to do the last 100 km. I was also dehydrated. I was trowing up plus the pain from the crash the day before. But I arrived at the bivouac in the daylight. Then it got better, i was at the medical most of the night for rehydration and i had an excellent time for day 4.
